I have never been treated with such disrespect. I went to ask why I got a ticket and the front desk lady was nice and told me that certain spots were reserved. I asked if there was anything I could do and this lady from the back came out and said nope and pretty much told me to learn how to read. I was notably upset so I left. Came back to ask how to dispute and the lady from the back started screaming at me. I was upset because I was out $80. The is completely unacceptable.
Seriously disreputable company! Access to all exits were blocked when I returned to my car. There were cars double parked and crammed so tight that I am thankful I have a smaller car or I wouldn’t have made it out unscathed. It took me 20 minutes to maneuver my way into a position where I could barely squeeze through 2 vehicles and jump the curb to escape. They were rude and dismissive when I called and emailed for a resolution. Avoid at all costs!
the pay parking machine didn't work, I was told to walk to another machine and try to pay there, after finding out that machine didn't work either; I figured the parking attendant saw the problem and wouldn't ticket me. Upon leaving my first day at my new job, I walked up to my vehicle to find a parking ticket. it took me longer then 60 days to pay, so I called in and was first told I would be charged $100, after disputing that I was transferred to another office and told $75 was actually due.
This company is either dishonest, incompetent, or both. I registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about an unwarranted ticket (the machine was inoperable) and they lied in their response to the complaint. Our medical clinic in the building served by the lot says they get numerous complaints about the machine in this lot. Run don't walk away from their parking facilities.
Be warned: If a machine tells you that it's been approved but doesn't print a receipt, PAY AGAIN. Unfortunately, if you are charged twice they will not refund anything per policy, but if you trust you were approved and you were NOT, you have a $35-$50 ticket. Try to avoid these machines if you can.
I parked in a Precise lot on off 2nd Ave on Jan.12th from 10 am until 3:30 pm and was charged a ridiculous $26 because of their frozen equipment. It was very cold and when I swiped my VISA card and hit 'all day' nothing showed up in the window. I tried to hit cancel - hit all day - hit print receipt - but nothing would show up. The screen was frozen so I didn't know if it would cancel or go through or what... After a few moments a stub printed out. I am now being charged for parking from 6am-10pm ($10) and 10pm - 6am ($16) because of this cold machine. I did not keep the stub because this showed up on my Visa statement a week later, but I could prove that I, and my car, left the parking lot with Visa statements, etc. But Precise Policy is stub or nothing! Or to call or go to their office to complain right then. The City of Saskatoon should invest in more parking so citizens do not have to deal with private companies like Precise because there are no other options. EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED!
