Horrible!
What did I like about it??? Really, nothing. Usually overpriced, hardly a good part to be found. Lady's always grumpy(I'm not gonna do this! I'm not gonna have my guys do that! etc...), when I asked for a " has to be SILVER" hood(not gray, SILVER, they only came in one silver) and a pair of headlights for our 08 Pontiac, she said, yep, we've got them! No mention of a color code or anything. When my wife checked, the hood was gray, NOT silver. At least one of the headlights was damaged,"Well, I'll take $25 off that". Sorry, I don't want to replace broken with broken. The other headlight I wanted was spotted and possible faded and bad beyond feasible repair.
"Oh, so we just took them off for nothing???"
Dang straight, you did. Maybe check color codes next time and don't bother with broken parts.
Never had a good experience with them yet, and yet I'm stupid enough to try again....
The people here are friendly and helpful, and they have a ton of vehicles to get parts from. They pulled the parts I needed very quickly and charged a reasonable price for them; I will be returning to buy more from them!
