The new “it” food, cauliflower is a versatile vegetable that beautifully absorbs particularly spicy flavours like curries and chilies, making it an excellent appetizer in bothIndian and Mexican cuisine. El Cortez Tequila Bar and Kitchen

Valentina's fried cauliflower is crunchy, juicy and lightly breaded, making it crisply coated in a spicy, sweet and savoury sauce. Oh, this sauce, it’s so delicious and perfectly complemented by the delicious Aji aioli dip.
Rostizado

Infamous for their family style, Mexican rotisserie, Rostizado also serves up some fabulous roasted cauliflower pan roasted in pork fat, lime juice and cumin seeds, with chile de árbol, garlic and cilantro. Yum!

Given an Indian twist with a gorgeous presentation, Ampersand 27’s dish comes atop beluga lentils, raisins and hazelnuts, and is roasted in yogurt. Beautifully spiced with garam masala, this cauliflower is both crispy and soft and served with a tangy Romesco sauce.
