I have been to bobbies a number of times over the last 10 years and I have loved their breakfast every time and have invited many of my friends with me. It is worth it. Food is delicious and when treated with respect the staff are all fantastic. Eff Florentine is my favorite. Never had dinner here though.

The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

We had an incredible dining experience. We started with the Triple Play appetizers, which were fantastic—a great way to kick off the meal. The Jambalaya pasta was full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.

I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!)
