Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.

All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well.
