I've been going to these guys for, oh... I'd say over 8 years. They used to be in a small booth in the aisle in the same location, but have a slightly larger space now in a regular unit on the 2nd floor of Pacific Mall. I just saw them today, for a broken SIM card tray (pop out style - Samsung). The Sim was stuck in the phone and because I had trouble locating their number, I went to my mobile carrier's store. HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. Suddenly, my Samsung A71 wouldn't charge - the type C UFC plug on the Samsung charger wouldn't properly insert all he way or stay inserted. I tried everything. Then I took it to Fix4Less.
