Stopped in on Canada Day after the raining parade. 3 kids in tow. We had heard they had great pizza so decided to stop. My kids have only eated chain pizza once or twice in their lives and it's greasy cardboard so we don't even bother. This was a marvelous find! Hands down best pizza I've ever had... next to this place in Lewiston NY 10 years ago LOL Seriously, the Thin crust, and homemade sauce is something else! This location just opened up recently and I have been hearing about the $5.99 Hot and Ready pizzas. Finally stopped in to give it a try and I was impressed. There is a full selection of pizzas ready to go when you get there and they are all reasonably priced. I stuck with the regular pepperoni pizza for the 5.99 and an order of crazy bread. Both were delicious! I am converted now, between the value, quality and convenience I am not sure if I can get pizza anywhere else.
I recommend to all, especially those who need dinner right away, it's faster then fast food!

Heard about a nice little Italian restaurant in Collingwood and so we decided to go for a birthday celebration. I can definitely tell you we were not dissapointed with the food or service in any way. Everyone thought the food was outstanding and we all had different meals. I wouldn't recommend one in specific because they were all so good (snuck some food from others plates just to see if everyone else's was as good as mine). Even with a fairly small menu you should be able to find something everyone likes. The only dissapointments I had is that pizza was not an option and you MUST get their first if you expect parking and even that is risky. Overall I give it a 5/5 becuase lets be honest the reason you go to a restaurant is for the food not for the parking.

Attention all foodies!
This restaurant is a MUST TRY!! We ordered the tasting menu (don't forget to give 24 hrs notice), it was absolutely incredible. Pricey but worth it! The portion sizes were huge, we could barely make it out the door.
The wait staff is incredible, we were asked upon arrival what our preferred pace for eating was, quick or nice and easy....who does that? Most restaurants want you in and OUT!
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, incredible food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail! Barrie has about 7 good restaurants....this one's near the top!!

First and foremost we truly enjoyed our meal here. The complimentary bruschetta was a nice treat. Our server seemed a litte "put out" that we had one young child with us who was trying to figure out what she wanted as there is definitely no children's menu here, but once she decided on something we were AOK. I did call ahead to make sure they could accomodate children and they said no problem. The half portion of pasta she had was more than enough, and the chef was very accomodating. My 13 year old had the fettucini Alfredo which she orders all the time and she said it was exceptional. There was enought leftovers for her to 2 more servings at home!
My husband and I had appetizers which were exceptional and we both enjoyed our meals. We also shared a half litre of wine.
The chef brought some of our dishes and he was very friendly and attentive. My husband always enjoys this as he is a trained chef as well. What I noticed was that his chef whites were gleeming! This is a nice touch, as I have had chefs come to the table with dingy whites, or in one instance, looked like he had just butchered something!
Overall, we will go back. Families should keep in mind that this is on the upper end of the scale cost wise. For a family of four it was $225.00
