Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy. He came the next day and installed a one exit door. The 2 days later I didn’t hear no noises and then I called the eastside pest team and they came and took out the door and they patched it with some steel mesh permanently.
