I was intrigued by this place when I saw a sign that said they were "sold out". Who sells out of burgers? Apparently, Burger's Priest does! I've been to this place numerous times, and the burgers are juicy and full of flavour. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's really small, so you can't really sit down and have your burger there. The other thing I don't like is that the line ups can be extremely long. I ordered from wimpys using just eat. I was worried about just eat because of bad reviews but the delivery man ended up working for skip the dishes. They included everything I asked for (which included 5 maple syrups for the pancakes) the pancakes were huge!! The veggie burger was pretty good and the home fries were so good! Quaint little cafe with old-world-charm leaded glass windows that open to the street in summer. I have been there many times, always getting one of their breakfast meals. The service has always been quick and polite. The owner/manager was always on site and seems to take pride in good service. The place is usually pretty busy, but has a quick turn around time, so there isn't usually a wait more than a minute or two. As soon as your coffee cup starts to empty, the waitress or busser is over to fill it right back up (if you desire). It is a good old fashioned diner/greasy spoon that is great to sit back and have conversation with friends, and also great prices. Bonus, it is located close to Riverdale farms (TO's 1st zoo) which is great place (free) for kids to see animals, and near riverdale park for a game of baseball, tennis, ultimate or walking the dog. The meal is always done how you like it, and price includes coffee/tea and a small cup of OJ. Not bad at all ;) One of the most economical places to have a full meal, and unlike Yorkville restos I have never been dissatisfied with the food nor the service. The one thing they could improve on is offering more hot water for tea drinkers...we enjoy refills too! Read more

The menu was severely limited due to the incredible business that is Pride Week, and I was at a stretch finding something vegetarian and to my liking. After being told that they were accepting no substitutions (understandably, but I just wanted no mayo and onion on the veggie burger), I went with my second choice, the curry.
