I don't feel some of the previous ratings are fair. I've been coming to Country Hills Massage for about three years now and I've always had very polite client service from front desk. It took a few tries with different massage therapists before I found two that I really like. Both these massage therapists have in depth related university degrees and I find it so helpful that they are well versed with the human skeletal system, sports therapy as well as naturopathy.
Massage was meh. Room was freezing cold was cold the entire time had a hard time relaxing. Back pain is worse after leaving massage. Therapist kept leaning on me and yawning.. felt very uncomfortable.
So I am trying to book a massage here and right when i called reception put me on hold and I am still on hold ... Its been 5 minutes now... Alright ill go somewhere else.
Horrible, awful business practices would never recommend. Not even worth the one star I am giving.
Beware of missing appointments as they keep records on your file and will MAKE SURE you pay whether it is 1 week after or 2 years after the missed visit.
