M G Leather North Hill Centre

My mother bought a purse from here. It completely fell apart after 2 weeks. MG refused to give a refund and said there was nothing they could do as the manager was not there and just worked there. She got very rude and asked what I expected for $35. When I asked for her name she said she was the owner. If she was the owner why could she not give a refund? This has got to be the most ridiculous interaction I have ever had at a business. Poor products, poor service. Save your money. Dont go here.

Prior to a major trip, I popped in here to purchase a set of luggage. The store manager asked me a few questions and proceeded to point out the difference between the various pieces of luggage he had available. Well, I can't tell one from the other. He sold me on a set equipped with ball bearing type wheels. It cost a bit more, but after hauling it across O'Hare, I noticed the wheels were not overcome by heat and friction. In fact my wheels were not even warm. The service was excellent

Worst business I've ever encountered. I bought a "leather" purse and discovered it was staining my clothing in the first two weeks! Returned to the store and employee would not serve me until everyone else had left the store. Discovered why when she was totally & incredibly rude. She would replace it only. No refund, no store credit just get another of the cheap goods. Do not buy anything from here!
