Panda Flowers

Never have I been so disappointed in a flower shop. I did not get what I ordered. If they did not have the flowers I wanted in stock they should have told me over the phone. They got the message card wrong and they over charged my credit card by over $20.00. For what I do not know, they never mentioned it. I should have them charged with theft. I will never, ever, buy from them again and I will also warn family and friends not to buy from them. Not happy at all with Panda Flowers- South Trail.

I have been a customer of Panda Flowers on 130th for about 10 years. The flowers are always so fresh and last for weeeks. The service is always so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Susanne
