I had an appointment awhile back for my child , we had to travel from fortmcmurray to Edmonton to see the doctor , we were financially unable to travel there at that time so missed our appointment . Things are better now so I called to book my child in , and was rudely informed that they wouldn't take my 5 year because we missed an appointment .... Not sure if they've ever heard of missed appointment fees or what not , but I've never EVER had a office just down right refuse . Didn't think this was the states . Wasn't very impressed with the receptionist . Very unfair to my child .
