I recently started tanning here, and the owners were working the front when I bought my tanning package I thought her and her husband were awesome! I went for a tan and it was nice! The beds are a little older than some studios I’ve been too, the rooms were clean, the bulbs in the beds are well cared for and I tanned so nicely! I’ve been in 3 times since then and the staff have always seemed friendly, it actually seemed a lot more casual than most fabutan I’ve been into so I appreciate that!
Its Dirty and unsanitary. Carpets filthy. No where to hang a jacket in sitting area. Small as can be.Dingy and dark as well. The girl working the front desk is rude and doesnt know how to work customer service. Never mind work in a franchise business. I will never step foot in there nor suggest anyone use the services at this particular location. Just gross.
Dirtiest place I have ever been to, had to wait 10 minutes for the girl up front to get off the phone on a personal call to ask her to re-clean my bed which had obvious lotion build up all over it. Will most definitely not be returning.
