Not impressed.
I called and was greeted with a friendly employee and I asked how busy they were for oil changes. He said to bring it in. I left my car and he said it would be an hour or so. Over three hours later...if was ready. I had three lights that needed replacing, so I said ok. I was charged over $130 to replace three lights! The oil change was 50% off $70 and my bill was over $180. Not happy. I should have asked what the charge would be to replace.
I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!
