Jie got here on time when we called for an emergency plumber. He was so friendly and professional. He replaced our leaky clean out and basin faucet. Wound recommend.

This is the second time we called Need a Plumber Canada. Last year we had our toilet replaced. Jie was competent and professional. Recently we had our sump pump replaced as it was making a dull grating noise. Again, Jie was thorough and explained the choices we had. He also tested and replaced our cracked hot water tank, some venting, and a regulator for a discounted rate.

I had a leaky water tank, I got a plumber from Need A Plumber company. Jie was so friendly and professional. He replaced a new water tank quickly. Good service, would recommend!
