Welcome!! We book much like a hair salon for people. Our preference is to keep your precious pet for as short a time as possible and we do our best to give you an exact pick up time. If you need early drop off and/or later pick up we are happy to accommodate within our regular business hours.
We brought 2 dogs in for grooming and the staff were very nice. We were quoted a cost of $120.00 for 1 dog and $80.00 for another. we picked up the dogs and on first sight they looked fine but not great and the owner explained the dog were young and somewhat difficult so my wife and I took their word in trust. When we got home and took a closer look ...we found big chucks of hair not cut and inside the ears, underarms and paws. This cost us $338.00 including a 15% tip. I was a fool for tipping
