I visited their store to have my cell phone upgraded. The guy who helped me got me a new iphone X and actually took the time to ensure that I knew how all the features worked. I went back there a couple of times with some questions, and other staff all took their time to help me with a few user issues. These guys are great!
I recently went in to upgrade my phone, the rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable. Provided me amazing service and even got me a discount on my hardware and monthly plan. Thank you so much!!!

I recently was with Rogers and was having issues with dropping calls and poor customer service. I stopped by Communications 2000 and was pleasantly surprised with their service and product lines. Not only did I switch my cellular service to Telus, they gave me a $300 Telus credit to move my phone over and I kept my number. I also rented a satellite phone for a trip to the mountains for a snowmobile trip for only $10/day! These guys were awesome! I give them two thumbs up.
