Initially purchase was good but pray nothing breaks. My fridge had extended warranty and unfortunately I have had to use it but it’s been a nightmare!!! It broke in June of 2023 and it didn’t get fixed and back to me till February of 2024, only to break again 1 month later!!! It’s been a month again since I’ve started the process all over again. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.
We purchased one of the most expensive fabric sofas they had in their store. Today they are supposed to pick up this same sofa (only 4-5 months old) and provide us a full refund for this already flattened sofa after a month of arguing back and forth. One of the decorative cushions also split apart at the seems just by laying on it.
The Winnipeg Customer Service Office has absolutely no communication with the local store and if you are ever faced with a problem, good luck. Never again!
