JPM Concrete

Jason was very personable and offered a competitive quote. One week after my driveway was poured it started to crack. I was promised it would be fixed. First rain and water was coming into my garage. Jason added more drainage lines which did nothing. Contacted JPM numerous times for them to fix their mistakes and zero communication. Such as shame as I prefer to support small local businesses.

Very poor experience right from the beginning. Zero communication. Gave a very competitive quote then tried to add additional $2,000.00. Broke some of the concrete when removing forms. Said would trim back remaining corners before second pour. Instead of trimming back as promised, installer put the broken piece back in and poured around it. Concrete steps were formed incorrectly. All water collects against the risers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
