Great service. Called at noon for one of my hot water tanks not working. Was told he would have a guy over in about an hour. The guys showed up within 45 min and had the problem discovered, (no charge) Fixed it and we’re good to go. The guys were great. I will defiantly use them again when needed.
We did full renovations on our house in Red Deer and DMP was the third plumber we contacted since the 2 previous plumbers were greatly overcharging. DMP did an assessment (no charge) and within days were on site completing the work. Weeks later we had a hot water tank issue (unrelated) and DMP showed up 20 min after I called.
Their cost is completely reasonable, the customer service is the best in the industry and the work they do is 100% trustworthy.
Best service I have ever recieved from a heating and plumbing outfit in Red Deer. I will definitly be calling these guys again if I need anything in the future.
