Good phone manners are important . When you are on the phone with someone, your only interaction is verbal, so saying the right things is important to make the right impression. What a terrible impression Grooming Spot gave me. They lady snapped and spoke down to me as if she thought she someone more important the next person. The Grooming Spot Ltd needs to learn some phone manners. It was my first phone call to the business. It is my last. I will never hire their services due to their ill manners. I question the ability of service if they treat people in a rude manner how would they treat my pet when I am not around to defend it.
