OMG I am so glad I found Del! I had been told by a big box company that if I wanted to transfer my 30 year old VHS home movies to a USB I would have to send them away and not to expect them back for months. They also told me to throw away my floppy disks because they were useless. I was very nervous about that so looked online and found Del. He's a very kind, professional man and I felt very comfortable leaving all of my precious things with him. He even did the floppy disks! And he's fast!

In only a couple of days, Del had digitally rendered (and uploaded for us to download) a truly impressive number of the videos we had given to him, and the others followed shortly thereafter. Not only a master of the technology he works with, Del is a pleasure to do business with! His prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend that anyone wishing to have any personal VHS tapes updated to a digital format and/or transferred to DVD give Del a call. Del digitized an old VHS tape I had of our old band from the 80's. He was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend his expertise and service. There's no way you would get the same level of attention at a large corporate vendor. We're lucky to have Del in Courtenay.
Del is a consummate professional and did a five-star job on a tricky family video project. He is a joy to work with and I could not be more pleased with the end product. Del helped me keep up with technology by taking my home movies from VHS tapes and CDs to digital files on a flash drive. They are now files on my computer backed up on the flash drives.
Del is courteous and professional. He made it possible for me to edit the home movies before they were saved again. He even tidied up a lot of the static lines and such that were there from us inexperienced film makers.
Im very happy to have these home movies to share with my family.

I brought him vintage 8mm movie film reels that he successfuly transferred to dvd for me. I would highly recommend Del’s service. He took our last family vacation on video tapes ( which I figured were no good after many years of sitting ) and brought them back to life. He was so patient and professional in explaining the whole process to me . What I thought was great, not once did he go ahead without consulting me. Del is so kind, friendly and a true artist in his work!
Del transferred many personal cassettes to CD's and a pile of VHS to DVD's, including an ancient Beta video.
The whole experience was a complete delight.
Del created high quality products and asked me questions to ensure everything he did was exactly how I wanted it to be. He even labelled everything for me in a pleasing script, and called to verify spelling for a name when he wasn't sure he had read my scribble correctly. Fast service, very reasonably priced. Thanks, Del. You're a genius!
Del transferred over 3 hours of 8mm film over to digital and the results were amazing. Great graphics, great music and great overall production. Del was informative, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Watching these old home movies really has pressed the nostalgia button for me and my family. I would recommend Del in a heartbeat!

Del has been my "go to" guy for anything video related for years. He has transferred countless old tapes into digital format, and mentored me in my quest to learn about everything video. He has always been efficient, amazingly knowledgeable, and very friendly. He is willing to work overtime to get anything done that has any kind of time limit. And all this for a very competitive price. I would recommend Del to anyone who has questions or projects regarding video.
We've know Del for a number of years and have experienced superior service from him, having 8mm movies and slides converted to dvds. Del's efficient, fast, economical and most of all, friendly. We strongly recommend him for any of your video work.
I've had the honor of knowing Del for a long time. I moved to this town quite some years ago and looked all over for my video services. He's always on the up n up and quite friendly. I'd suggest you guys go pay Del a visit and I'm certain he'll be able to help.
