First let me start of saying I am very well aware of Dollarama's No Return & Refund Policy. So normally I don't bother with Defective items exchanges with Dollarama but this time I had two defective items but only took one with me because my child misplaced the other one. The item in question was Adidas face Masks, one of the three face mask in the package was missing the loop thing that goes over the ear so there is no way to put the mask on so I take it in for a Simple Defective item exchange
