Kamloops Urgent Care Clinic

I can not say enough good things about this clinic. From the receptionist to the doctors all amazing. With it being impossible to find a family doctor since mine retired I only go to this clinic. Always greeted with a smile and every doctor Ive seen has been kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this clinic and cant thank the staff enough for being so amazing ☺️

I have been here a quite a few times and each time I’ve seen a different doctor. All of them were so nice and caring, they made sure I was well taken care of with the prescriptions I needed and had me come back for check ups. I do recommend coming before 8:30am as there is usually a line up outside.

We had a good experience at that urgent care, we were on our road trip cross western Canada ( we are from Los Angeles, US). Our daughter was well received there and got the help she needed. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Great place, fast, friendly, accurate.

The girl opened the door 15 minutes late and it was minus 19 with windchill. That is really bad when all the people waiting outside are sick.

I just moved from the lower mainland and after discovering there are no doctors taking patients went to a first clinic where at 9am (when they opened) they were already full so went to Urgent care clinic. Found everyone friendly, got my time to come back and waited not too long. Dr Dodd was very pleasant and helpful.

My husband has bladder, bowel, and lung cancer. It has metastasized to his brain. His treatment has been a nightmare. The traveling back on forth to Kelowna, misinformation between Kelowna and Kamloops, missed appointments and so one. On Thursday Sept. 1st. my husband's ankles and legs were quite swollen. A Positive Experience

We are very surprised at this comment "Worst Experience". We have no family Dr. + in the 4 yrs we have lived in Kamloops KUCC has been a very important part of our lives. I have had serious health issues + have received immediate attention + care from the whole staff at KUCC. My 1st contact with the clinic is generally with Ashley and Sara, they have carried out their duties professionally and provide excellent care and service passing on all requistions and test results to specialists.

Worst experience ...

Worst experience in a medical clinic. I just wanted to have my referral to be faxed to the specialist that was still not done after 6 weeks by the receptionist. I asked them twice and despite they were telling me they sent it, the specialist never got it. When my husband and I went to the clinic to talk to the doctor personally to how can I achieve to have my referral to be sent. Because we wanted to go together we were verbally attacked by 2 shouting assistants, namely by Ashley and Sarah.
