Terrible customer service. They would set dates for us to drop off our car but change them a day before. When we couldn’t make it on a day they “scheduled” us for they didn’t try to work with us to find a date that works for us and them. We were never given a call back after that and had to drive all the way to the shop to work something out. Once we got there the manager and the receptionist gave us horrendous customer service. We were told by the manager to go somewhere else. Horrible company.

and when you came you did not have your vehicle with you, and you wanted one of our courtesy cars, unfortunately without your vehicle on site only one vehicle will be insured.

Amazing customer service! Hail damage in August and the communication and from reception to deal with Jason was nothing but positive. He also took my husband through the process they out of his way to take into the shop to show him what exactly was being done . Best auto body we have ever dealt with!

My wife backed our brand new van through the garage door.... it was a disaster!
From beginning to end Jason and his staff turned our disaster into a great experience. From a warm welcome and a nice lender vehicle it was pain free.
We got the van back in better shape than before the accident. It was detailed and repaired like it was brand new!
Use these guys, they are excellent
