Absolutely love my new hair piece. Helena made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have been dealing with alopecia for most of my life and the last 3 years it got worse. So much knowledge and compassion, made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend 360 hair

I just want to say that Ron is amazing! I had an issue and was contacted by Ron to help me resolve my issue. He not only explained to me the process but went above and beyond to make me feel like my problem actually mattered to him. Great customer service and very close to the city. It’s nice to be able to go into a store and choose the hair versus going online because you don’t know what you’ll get. Highly recommended for good quality hair.

Not friendly service at all. Not sure of the quality of the hair but if I don't feel they care about my business or are helpful then why would I make a purchase. Didn't seem professional to me.

Both owners seek PREMIUM hair, to retail to stylists and consumers. The quality of the hair is far superior to any other supplier in the lower mainland. Owners are informed and provide information regarding the care of your purchase. The tabs on tape ins last upto 2 years of refurbishing. They don't tear or break. The hair is silky soft and bouncy and never gets frizzy, even a year later. HAIR 360 in my opinion is the only place I shop from for my clients.

I went here to buy some hair extensions. The staff member was not helpful at all and could not wait to get me out of her hair no pun intended. She was very uninformed did not help pick out a color. Their grossly overpriced ‘real human hair’ feels anything but like human hair. Complete waste of time. I Will not be returning for sure. Oh and Helena barked out that she is not accepting any new clients. I wonder how do these people stay in business? The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
