I have dealt with Bill for at least 13 years ,he is the most helpful and friendly person you can imagine he works 7 days a week and will go out of his way to help anybody unfortunately he has only 24 hours a day and for some people thats not enough or fast enough and his time should be free , sorry thats not how it works, Thank you Bill for being always there for everybody , please take time out for yourself .Claude
Bill helped a youg man from Switzerland who was stuck with two flat tires on Canada day . Both tires repaired for more than a fair price and he will make his ferry to Haida Gwaii . Thank you
