One Stop Appliance

Bought a used Whirlpool stacker W/D. Got a very good total price on package deal. Product/delivery/install/take old machine away. Peter the owner & Rav the sales have a passion in what they do. The selection was very good to choose from as well. Delivered the next day by Mike & his helper. Excellent install & they were very careful not to bang into the walls etc...not easy because this stacker is a large model. Our machine works great. Deserving 5 Stars !

negative 100 percent The sales associate lied to me repeatedly about age of appliance. He assured me it was only 4-6 years old, unit turned out to be 22 years old. I never received confirmation of sale; despite 3 requests. I called and cancelled 2 days later. Unit was never delivered and no service was rendered. Despite 5 requests to have money refunded, no refund has not been processed. Has been almost 3 weeks. I have made request for refund by phone, email, and text;and have been brushed off

My son bought a used fridge for me three weeks ago and it stop cooling about three days after plugging in so we brought it back and brought me home another one. We let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in, as we were advised and did the first one before. It ran cold for about 2 - 3 days and now does not freeze ice in trays or keep food cold enough for health safety. They said they will actually deliver us another one this time but I do not trust that it will work even one week.

Good selection n pricing of used appliances. Very happy with our purchased of stainless steel fridge/dish washer n stove. Awesome service. Bravo Peter!!
