I've been a loyal customer to this specific location for about 10 years now. I've seen big rushes before at this location and slow runs too. Today by far was the worst service possible. My boyfriend and I were told as we seated to choose our meals quickly by the hostess as it was a busy night. "The faster you put your order in, the faster you'll have it." So we took her advice quickly made up our minds and waited. There were 4 waitresses in the area so we were confident one would take our order soon. 10 minutes rolled by after we closed our menus not one person asked us for water yet. Finally around 15 minutes a waitress said "I'll be right with you." After which she spent the rest of the time doting on other customers and ignoring us further. After waiting another 5 minutes we walked out. It was rather rude to tell us to hurry and get our order in and to ignore us for about 20 minutes. We are now at White Spot enjoying a place where the wait for a glass of water is not 20 minutes.
