When I called post hair cut he said they have 30 years of experience and TRIMMING MEANS SHAVING. I called only to inform him that Pomeranians hair SHOULD EVER be cut that short (MANY HEALTHY RISKS AND A POSSIBILITY OF NEVER GROWING BACK ) - I dont even care about a refund. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC OF WHAT YOU WANT - THEY DONT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

The owner is really helpful and friendly Everytime I go in. I frequent the store as I have multiple animals, I also get them groomed there. His staff is very nice and knowledgable on products and grooming. his prices are great with a wide variety of products. I would reccomend this store to anyone who asks, Expecially for grooming as the prices are affordable and his groomers pay attention to detail.

I went to Petopia to check out the new local pet store and was pleasantly surprised! Great selection, high quality name brand products, and the prices are lower than at the store I used to frequent on King George. The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful.
