Visit Vancouver’s Shangri-La Hotel on Easter Sunday to sample a special holiday brunch at Market by Jean-Georges prepared by executive chef Ken Nakano. The three-course prix-fixe menu begins with a welcome basket of hot cross buns followed by a diverse range of sweet and savoury dishes inspired by Jean-Georges’ greatest hits. Appetizer choices include avocado toast, roasted beet salad, oysters and steelhead sashimi. For the main course, diners can opt for brioche French toast, eggs Benedict topped with beef short rib or smoked salmon, or a vegetarian quiche. Rhubarb cheesecake, assorted truffles and chocolate fondue round out the exceptional menu.
