If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a cab today, the lady on the phone said it would be a 20 minute wait as I bring my dog to work. This is pretty standard so I agreed. I waited about 45 minutes, no cab arrived so I decided to call. I was then informed that my booking was missing. The lady re entered my booking and put a rush on it 30 minutes later I called back and was told rudely that if I left my dog behind I could get a cab, called victoria taxi and had a cab in 5 minutes.
I have ordered a van to the airport 5 days ahead if time. They waited until 5 minutes before scheduled arrival to let me know it is running late. I am now facing a missed flight, no options to call another cab to get here on time. This is TERRIBLE.
I booked for an airport pick up. The driver came but he couldn't contact me because the company dispatch won't give them the client's phone number. I have got NO notification when they arrived. As a "client", I have been waited for 45 mints in the airport. I tried to call their manager to share my experience several times. There is NO way I can contact them. ?
The drivers often cancel the cab if youre not booking for a long route. This has happened numerous times. They especially cancel bookings from Grocery store as they know youre commuting a short distance.
Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Called and booked a wheelchair taxi the day before I needed it for my appointment. Waited for them for 45 min, no one showed up. I called them numerous times. You’re better off to take the bus. Almost missed my appointment, had to take the bus in the end.
tremendous company - IN MANY YEARS had only one bad driver. they do not complain about short trips, and are courteous. I can rely on them to make the pre= bookings on time. Office and dispatch peole are great also. I really like using them. Judy
I never seen any fater and quicker service like this. Everytime i call, i get a cab within five minutes. Drivers are nice and courtious and very friendly. I tried other taxi companies and this one is by far the best. Keep up the good work. Cheers
