The Cloth Castle is a family run business that prides itself on customer service and keeping a one-on-one relationship with its customers. Many of our customers are more than that: they have become our friends. In a time when it seems we talk more to computers, it is nice to come to a store where you are recognized as a friend. Family Business Sylvia Ratcliffe is the owner of the Cloth Castle and has always had a deep love for it. Now, with the third generation taking charge, Sylvia's daughters Bonnie & Maria are currently running the family business that has been open since November 1969. Before the store became the Cloth Castle, it was called the Yarn Barn which was owned and operated by Sylvia's mother-in-law, Ethyl Ratcliffe. I went to a few stores before coming to the cloth castle, and i had nothing but trouble, i was looking for speaker cloth to recover my speakers, and a few store look at me like i was an alien, but they had it in stock at the Cloth castle. They staff even helped me design the new covers and calculate exactly what i needed.. all in all great store with a large inventory, and great staff on hand that actually know what they are talking about!
