“What do you want , instant gratification?” Today I was looking for entry level wood carving kit and hoped to speak to a person knowledgeable about the tools . Was told to take a number and speak to the order desk . There was a full display of different tools and the person behind the counter looked at the computer trying to find something for me . I turned back to the tools and left him at the counter. Asked another employee on the floor to open display to look at the gouger wood tool and I ha

floor staff - elderly females with no clue about thier wood working tool stock, standing around talking to eachother and not the customers. Once i located someone who could help me, it was perfect service untill after i paid and was leaving, one of those ladies came up to me to start an argument about how qualified she was. Overall pretty uncomfortable

Great customer service Canadian style, huge list of quality tools and more tools added on an ongoing bases for the Woodworker, Gardener, chief, and furniture hardware and so much more even things for kids. Leevally carries the most quality tools witch includes all Canadian made Varitas line of high end tools and they have even made their own tool steel that is harder then A1 or A2 but sharpens easily. I really can't say enough except I wish they had a store in my home town.
