Tillicum Mall Medical Walk-In Clinic

If you are a woman STAY AWAY. Dr. Chandler is misogynistic and will not help or listen to you unless you are a man. I came in six times in extreme pain, and was told that it was all in my head and that maybe I just have anxiety. He doesn’t listen to a word you say, and talks over you most of the appointment. Seeing dr. Chandler is a dehumanizing experience.

I can honustly say that Dr Chandler is the worst MD I have seen in my life. I got diagnosed with ADHD in year 2000 and have taken medication for the last 21 years and has worked amazing. I booked am appointment with Dr Chandler a week in advance and even proactively forwarded my College documents with ADHD testing. He REFUSED to refill my prescription knowing I took my last pill today! I even explained it would not be safe for me to work/ drive without proper concentration. He didn't care. WOW!

Just had the most horrible experience. I should have known when the receptionist I was emailing with did not respect it when I informed her that my legal name was not my chosen name. The doctor dead named me immediately and when i corrected him he acted annoyed and said “ok..”. He was extremely rude and continued to cut me off and harshly explain things before I was done speaking. I ended the call and sobbed.

the reception was good and very clear about protocols. however, the doctors definitely need some more mental health training.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.
