So i walk into the vacuum shop looking to replace a part that disconnects the vaccum wand from the motor head, i ask a lady who works there about this and she proceeds not to tell me but yell at me that my vaccum is old and a piece of crap and i will never find a part for it. I was taken back at how she reacted to my quarry about the part and a bit put off on how she redacted, i proceed to ask her not to yell at me and ask her to calm down in her approach, but she yells louder. Never going back!
This store knows customer service and their repairs. They have a quick turn around,reasonable pricing. So nice to have this gem in Maple Ridge.
