we just order the food and the staff is so disrespectful and not friendly.. the lady who’s giving order is not a good example to be on the customer service she’s not nice and not approachable and give us attitude and not polite she supposed to be listening to the customers rather than arguing with us.. we’re not satisfied with the service around 11:20pm january 24,2023 .. i hope that company will giving a good service to everyone rather than fighting with customers
This particular McDonald’s has a manager that not only has an ignorant view on some of their customers but allows employees to continue to serve watered down fountain drinks! They obviously need more training on better customer service skills! So instead of hanging up the phone on their customers when they want to make a complaint, they need to listen up, and stop serving watery drinks rather than ignorantly laughing at a customer!
Missing orders. Manager dont have resolution. I ordered coffee and it was missing.
At this particular time (10 mins before) 2:13pm today, a worker at the window denied us a medium sprite when we specifically asked at the drive threw. We then confronted her the situation and basically said 'we'll, it's not written on the screen'.
I dropped in to this location earlier this week. Place was very quiet and i was the only customer at the counter.
