Had an overall bad experience renting through Fengate Properties. Landlords are not nice at all and will find any way possible to blame tenants for their carelessness and mistakes. Expect a score no more than 3/10 for communication, not to mention you will have people working outside your windows and doors without notice while you sleep. Other problems include very cheap materials used, and lots of things breaking.
Would absolutely not recommend.
