I'm a meat eater..no apologies...but I do love to eat meat. So going to Calactus was fun but my expectations for a totally vegetarian restaurant were high. The waitstaff were great, nice place to eat, decent parking but the food is a bit 'boring' and the cost a bit high for what you get in my opinion. I figure if you're going to do vegetarian and "healthy natural food', does it have to be bland? Add some spices and flavours to those beans. tofu and the veggie burger (the Marc Burger) and we might return.
