I have an 80 pound husky that hates his nails touched, every other groomer had big trouble and had to put a muzzle on him and have 2 people hold him, this owner just got him on the table and cut his nails wo any muzzle, he didn't growl, couldn't believe it, she even takes a pic of your dog and gives it to you or pins it on her walls, ha miracles do happen
Left long hair patches all over my dog, left a lot of hair on his head and we said we didnt like it and she wouldnt fix it cause it 'matched' his body. Not going there again.
