I had received 3 quotes before deciding on getting Sewells Paving to pave my driveway. Typical sales tactics - promise the world and deliver poorly. They never showed up when they promised. Nor did they do the job as was specified. Seeking resolution on the issue proved to be a dead end. While admitting they "dropped the ball" no resolution was made.
We promise paved driveways, not "the world". We did not show up when promised, we can not pave in the rain. (our many other customers understood) Seeking a resolution would be much easier if Mr Johnstone understood that more paving costs more money. The job was done as specified and Mr Johnstone shook our hands as he paid.
