Blossom Shops

Sad to say my experience was less than exceptional. When I received my arrangement my husband spent $90 on, there were broken cushion poms. Then, in the parking lot I found 2 roses run over, that should have been part of my arrangement. I called to complain, they sent me a small bouquet. I appreciate the gesture, but I don't feel that this makes up for the fact that my $90 has broken, missing and, wilted flowers. I will not be giving them my business in the future and would not recommend

In my personal opinion this was the worst service I have ever received from a flower shop. What I ordered was completely different from what was received. The arrangement looked like a 3 year old made the bouquet. The only resolution the "manager/owner" could come to was to have the flowers picked up on Valentine's Day from my wife so I could be refunded. The flowers look old, not fresh and wilted. If you are looking to have flowers delivered on a busy period I do not recommend blossoms.
