From phoning to book my appointment to having my eye pretest and exam to the counter sales person, I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I encountered, especially with the added stress of covid restrictions. Poor customer service! Cranky and refusing to help over the phone. Lots of pushback when trying to get glasses replaced that are still under warranty! Wish I had went elsewhere.
