Brought my animal in and the vet gave me two options for treatment, I chose the option that I thought would work best for me and my cat and when I went to pay, the secretary assumed that I "thought up" the treatment I requested and said it was either "surgery or nothing"... When I told her the vet offered me two options she said "oh just one second" and went to clarify... How rude.
