    Went downhill. Also phone # no longer in service

    Went in to have a computer looked at. He said it needed to be replaced and offered to order a replacement. When it arrived - weeks late - it was the wrong model. After a multitude of excuses and several more months, he still has not delivered a new computer or been able to issue a refund.
