Our initial contact with Service Master was great, however the work was subpar. Every step of the project required advocacy to ensure it was completed properly. ServiceMaster was hiring third party contractors and not checking on the work.
We’ve communicated our complaints with ServiceMaster and have not received any reparation for the hassle. I tried to follow up with them a few times and have not been responded to.
