Greener Inspections

I won’t recommend this company - 100% don’t be fooled by 6 months guarantee 2 years ago they have inspected house we eventually bought. Ed didn’t find anything wrong with it and since it was only a 7 years old we didn’t expect it to have any problems for years. This year we uncovered that main drain pipe was leaking, part of wall were rotted and insulation was wet but no easy noticeable signs of leaking from the inside. Shawn owner after few email exchanges and call simply wished us luck

He inspected my house in Falmouth Ns. Said in his report; there is water intrusion in the basement; behind the wall in rec./mud room. The contractor took off the baseboard, gyprock, vapor barrier, reached to wall and floor of the basement. Surprise; everything is dry. For your future, Cold thermal gradient does not equal water intrusion, and gyprock (Mr. previous builder) will turn to mud when there is active water intrusion. By the way; yellow pages is a better option for unbiased reviews
