Just wanted to thank the #10 bus driver who waited at the stop on Thistle St. for me as I was stuck at the lights. Really appreciated it.

Half the bus drivers allow drinks aboard and half dont. I was stranded in the middle of Dartmouth crossing for a half hour in the snow alone in the dark because 1 bus driver decided I was not allowed to have a coffee while I was on 6 busses earlier and Every Single bus had someone with a coffee. Either allow it on all or stop ALL its unfair and allows false impressions and strands young girls outside alone in the dark... Ive lived in many many cities and this is the worst transit system Ive seen

Want to comment on exceptional bus driver, Mark, on route 7 around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday November 29 who was very calm, kind and professional during a passenger health event on the bus. In addition, during the whole bus ride he was very helpful, polite, Thank you Mark.

Wait for the 4:20 X bus 330 every work day. Always late/ last 2 days a no show. Will have to start looking for alternative transportation. Unreliable.
