I went here several years ago (before switching clinics) and they cancelled 30 minutes before my appt after I had already taken the morning off work. Next time, the hygienist nearly dropped me on my head as she reclined the chair and then blamed me for not being more sympathetic about situation. Then recently they simply did not show up for my boyfriend's scheduled appt, & they have overcharged him and blundered his statements & insurance several times.
